Holiday Handmade Wrap Up!

The holidays are so over.

As I sit in my office feverishly putting this post together, the excitement of the weeks and preparation leading up to Christmas feel about a million miles away.

But here it is anyway. A few of our favorite Christmas Projects!

For the Older Kids

Super Cozy Journals
[I covered these with material from old flannel shirts and monogrammed them for each of the nieces & nephews]. Inspired by a project in Mollie Makes Magazine.

We paired the journals with THESE super fab writing books:

Or THESE stencil kits, depending of their age.

For the Younger Kids

Potato Print Shirts
Remember potato printing??
I saw a woman on Martha Stewart living, about 5 years ago, doing the most amazing potato print tees and onesies for kids. Her website is gone but I managed to find a few of the designs and Winnie and I made a whole whack of them.

I don't have a great *finished product* picture (late night crafting!!!) but we were super impressed with the results!

For Kids of All Ages

Monogrammed Mugs
Thrifted white mugs, stencilled and then filled with bags of cocoa and candy cane marshmallows. Design Mom Tutorial HERE.

Tomorrow: Gifts for the Grown Up kids in our life:)
