With Joy.....

I've been following the blog Happy Yolks for awhile now.
I've been making Kelsey's salads like mad and we are all loving it!

Just this morning I stumbled upon on older blog of Kelsey's called *With Joy* where she and her filmmaker partner, Shaun, have created this beautiful video to promote the Sprouted Kitchen Cookbook.

It makes me long for summer dinners outdoors and the beach (?) and so many good friends we haven't seen in awhile.
