DIY Lara Bars and Home Workouts!

















I've been making these DIY Lara bars at home for awhile now.....they are inexpensive to make and so so yummy.
Plus, you can mix and match and make them taste exactly how you want!

This is my favorite combo:
Raw cashews
A few dates
Coconut
A bit of sea salt
Enjoy Life dairy free mini chocolate chips

You blend the nuts and dates until they *just* become a lumpy sort of paste.
Stir in the coconut, sea salt and chips.
I then like to pat them down into a big square on a piece of parchment, wrap them up and refrigerate. I can cut off pieces as I want them:)

Here's what I do:
I print off a bunch of the workouts
Cut them them into their individual workouts
fold em up and put them in a jar.

Early in the morning I do a good warm-up and then pull a workout from the jar.
It takes about 15-20 minutes and feels great!

Spring is here. Let's get moving!!
