5 Kids Books We're Loving Right Now!

Kiki & Coco in Paris by Stephanie Rausser.

A picture book of photographs. The story about a girl and her doll in Paris is absolutely dreamy. We read it 10 times a day.

The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats.

A Winter Classic. Perfect for bedtime.

The Frank Show by David Mackintosh.

This is the laugh-out-loud story of a little boy forced to do a 1 minute presentation for his class on his ornery, old-fashioned grandpa Frank. The first few times we read this, I laughed so hard I cried. Everyone has a Frank in the family:)

Wonderstruck by Brian Selznick.

This novel, by the author and in the same style as The Invention of Hugo Cabret, is a masterpiece. It tells the story of two characters, Ben and Rose. Ben's story takes place in 1977 and Rose's story, set 50 years earlier, is told entirely in pictures. It gorgeous. And captivating. We've already read it to Winnie twice.

Where's Waldo Now? By Martin Handford

I mean, who doesn't love these books. The girls have tons of fun never finding anything (Actually, Winnie is quite good. Pippa? Meh.) Jamie and I have just as much fun I think. A great winter afternoon activity.

What are you reading?
