Christmas baking was a success. We are well stocked with sweeties for the family and for gifting!
The only recipe that gave us any trouble was the Fleur de Sel Caramels from The Barefoot Contessa's
How Easy Was That? The first time through the caramel didn't set and we had to try again. The second time we boiled the mixture for at least 4 times the recommended amount. It turned out perfectly. Well worth the effort!!!
