Today.

The house is a disaster and I have work piled sky-high on my desk.

I have a website that needs finishing.
A blog that needs writing.
Research to do.
Thank you cards to write.
A Facebook page to design.
Calls to return.
Gifts to make.
Books that need reading.
Dinner that needs cooking.
Oh, and I need to figure out what *Twitter* is?

How to cope?

Spend the morning outside in the crisp cool air. Walking and watching the city slowly morph into *Christmas-ville*. Lights and ornaments popping up everywhere. Butterflies in my stomach.

Grab a cup of Christmas Blend, in a red(!) Starbucks cup and cosy up to the computer.

Work away, while the kids squabble and music plays and ideas for Christmas crafting come and go.

Somehow, I made a dent in the pile.
Which is good because I can feel a change in the air, my attention shifting, the pace slowing.

Can you feel it?
I think the Holiday Season is upon us.
