Spring Wreath

This is the project that won't go away.

We had so much fun gathering and painting the pine cones but trying to get them into wreath form, well let's just say, it aint easy.

I tried hot glue......no go.

Then, I used floral wire which worked fabulously, but looked a bit hideous. 

So I tried a combo of floral wire AND hot glue....and I think I'm on the right track. It's not perfect but it hang-able.

The project has taken so long because every time it falls apart, I just leave it. For weeks on end. Unfinished, sitting on a table.

The problem is, I'm not sure how I feel about it.

It's either inspired or insane.

Cool or crazy.
