I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to run this workshop. It is going to be so much fun and super informative. Both Tina and I work with so many women and we hear the same thing over and over: there is nothing left for me, I don't know who I am, I don't know what I want for my life, I'm empty, I'm depressed!
These kinds of struggles are common place today for women who have numerous demands on them. The result can be toxic on a body! Panic attacks, heart palpitations, high blood pressure, insomnia! It goes on and on and if you don't do something about, serious mental and physical health problems can result.
Tina and I have long been advocates of women's wellness. We have had hours of conversations about these issues and we are extremely knowledgeable about getting Mom's back on track! Not only have we researched like crazy, but we have lived it! We continually have to practice what we preach in terms of keeping ourselves on track and maintaining a happy home life!
