Has Spring Sprung?

Some very SPRING! cupcakes I whipped up to celebrate my sister's 27th and the (hopeful) arrival of spring....
I am, of course, completely ignoring the fact that it snow-stormed here on Friday.

The days are longer, we've sprung forward, and my barefeet and loafers are out.
Spring has surely arrived.....
