I'm in the midst of an 8 week "Live Well Lifestyle Challenge" at work. The challenge has been designed to help the people in our clinic & community learn to live well.
It's not just about diet or exercise or weight. It's really about WHOLE living. We talk about sleep and stress and outdoor time. We talk about exercising our brains as well as our bodies. Finding ways to "be happy" are as valued as finding ways to cut down on sugar.
It's a lovely program. I have so much fun being involved, every time we run it.
That being said, last week was a tough week. True to the program name, it was a *challenge*.
So, I was pretty thrilled when I opened my Whole Living Magazine this month, and found ten inspirational thoughts on whole living.....just what I needed to get back on track.
