This is the second part of my first attempt at video blogging.
This cooking clip is also a bit long but, we tried so hard, I had to show it! I'm hoping I have this video thing figured out and that the next attempt will be MUCH more concise....
That being said, check this recipe out! It was SO good. I made it at 9:30 in the morning and Jamie and I ended up polishing off the bowl for breakfast. So yummy. As opposed to the raw chocolate pudding, that was a bit bitter and didn't keep well, this was delish.
The original recipe came from Whole Living Magazine [July/August 2011] in an article on raw food cooking that, clearly, inspired me. I did, however, change this recipe up a bit. Though I think the raw zucchini would be really cool and refreshing, I decided to cook it up a bit. It was amazingly good. We try to avoid too many grains/flour products and I am always looking for healthy, nutrient dense pasta alternatives...this is a great one. I would totally do this again!
