Navigating the Holidays.

Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat!
Soon, family will be arriving and, along with Christmas cheer, they will bring a maze of emotions and histories through which everyone will tread lightly (or not so lightly!). Even at such an incredible time of the year, spending time with family can be difficult. Why???
