OMG!
I had an entire Cold and Flu blog prepared and then, just now, as I am about to post....the whole thing disappears....WHY???? WHY????

    Mine was a Monday afternoon Outlook fiasco where no one got Bcc'd... urgh! And the attachment didn't attach, so I looked like a real numpty!
