I am back in the world!.....translation "back online" and happy to report that world WILL NOT implode if you are internet-less for 14 days. You will, unfortunately, return to 1000 emails and and Facebook messages but it's worth the holiday, believe me.
So, here are some updated pics of the house. They look kind of done. Which is nice because I'm sitting in the midst of boxes and unfinished projects and we pee without doors on the bathrooms and we're tying to get used to "living with it" because the days with a newborn seem to slip away....
Oh! Did I forget to mention?? Guess who decided to show up our FIRST night in the house? Miss Philippa Frances Seaby (we call her Pippa) was born two weeks ago, at home, with most of the family (and one very surprised plumber, who decided to come back the next day!) around to cheer us on. It was magic.
Coming soon....bathroom DIY projects!
Congratulations! Looks great. Welcome to the world, Philippa!
ReplyDeleteWow... speechless... everything and everyone is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOh I have been waiting with baited breath to hear about the safe arrival of your baby! A sweet little girl with the sweetest little name! YEA for the home birth, you rock! Can't wait to see you in April :)
ReplyDeleteNice. ;}
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Jill ! So happy for you and your family. Pippa is a perfect name! (I may be a little prejudice though...My son's name is Phillip and we call him Pip ! In fact, this weekend I've put a team in the Autism 5K run and our team name is Pip's Posse!)
ReplyDeleteWow, beautiful home and darling new baby. Since you don't know me yet (but fellow Kingston mommy blogger holla {www.theresahippieinmykitchen.blogspot.com}) you didn't see my facebook post two days ago that read :" I need to have another baby, just so I can use the name Pippa". I *love* it.
